Online Booking, Rescheduling and Refunding

Clients may book and reschedule using our online booking system, choosing the respective services required. Should you wish to make an appointment in person, please visit us during our opening hours.

Rescheduling for both date and time can be arranged by clicking on the “reschedule” button on the online booking site. Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge for more than 12 hours prior to the original appointment. Clients will be charged the full amount for reserved services if any changes are made in less than 12 hours to your appointment.

For all our packages, whatever the reason, you may cancel your package purchases within our 7-day cooling-off period. Unused sessions will be refunded after deducting the used session based on regular price.

First Consultation

Personal information and contact details will be collected in advance during the online reservation process and confirmed upon your first visit. Our professionals will study your medical history, perform thorough examinations before careful diagnosis, and devise custom treatments and recovery plans.


We recommend comfortable and loose clothing for undertaking stretch therapy, chiropractic, Chinese bone setting, physiotherapy and occupational therapies. Alternative clothing can also be purchased at our centre.

For yoga and rehabilitation service sessions, appropriate exercise attire is recommended.

Medical Insurance

We strongly recommend that clients understand and review their medical insurance policies, including item coverage, compensation policies and relevant procedures. Different insurance companies and packages have various compensation policies and legal procedures regarding referrals and direct consultations.

Bad Weather Arrangements

When Typhoon Warning Signal No. 1 or 3, Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, all appointments should be held as scheduled.

As soon as the Pre-No. 8 Typhoon Warning or the Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in force. All appointments within the affected period will be cancelled.

If the Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is lowered before 4 pm, provided that weather and transport conditions permit, appointments will resume as scheduled in two hours.

If the Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is lowered after 4 pm, all appointments of the day will be cancelled, and the clinic will remain closed.

Appointments within the affected period can be rescheduled without any extra charge via our online booking system (please note the above). Clients may also opt to reschedule their appointments via calls, Whatsapp and in person during opening hours after the clinic reopens. Should clients wish to cancel the appointment, the arrangement will be accepted without extra charge.
